Teacher
Having a guide to shepherd you along the path of awakening is invaluable. Though I have been influenced by many wonderful teachers, it has been my good fortune to study with an exceptional spiritual teacher and mentor, Jennifer Welwood, MA, MFT.
I have a long-established daily practice of meditation, contemplative prayer and self-inquiry. These practices are foundational and support my deepest aspirations to help others use their suffering as a path to awaken to their true nature.
I am grateful to you for supporting my work and my ability to give back. A percentage of all fees will go towards supporting worldwide humanitarian activities supporting reforestation, anti-racism, and hunger relief.
